Mother's Day

We had such a fun mother's day this year! Me, Jordan, and Sadie headed up to my parent's house for dinner with my family and grandparents. We ate lots of yummy food and Sadie had a blast playing with her new friends Hershey and Dutchess. It was hilarious watching them. Hershey is old and grumpy and wasn't really interested in playing with an energetic puppy and Dutchess was super curious but didn't quite know how to handle her yet. She would sniff her and run around and then get nervous that she was going to hurt her or something. It was sweet to watch. And Sadie was just having a ball. Jumping and playing with other dogs and people, it was great.

We also took family pictures. It was time to update them since the last one that we took. Things have changed and we have all changed physically too. Elise took a couple cute pictures of the girls. One with mom and one with just the sisters. When I get copies of the family pictures I will post them! They turned out as good as they could. It seemed like something was wrong with each one it was funny trying to pick out our favorite. Good times. Families are great.

When we got home that night, Sadie was so pooped she couldn't even stay awake. So she decided to sleep somewhere she could just get away and relax without anyone bothering her. This is where we found her. haha! Such a sweetie.

Anyway, we hope everyone had a great weekend and holiday! Happy Mother's Day to all my friends and family out there that are mothers also! It is an amazing thing to be a mother and you all are doing such a fabulous job. I hope to become a great mother someday too. :) I am also so so so grateful for my mom. We have had our differences in the past, but I am proud to say that she is one of my very best friends now! We spend one day a week together and go to lunch also once a week. We talk on the phone almost everyday and chat about everything. She has also been a HUGE help in me raising and training Sadie. She is there for me whenever I need her and has always done her very best to be the best mom she can be. She is amazing. I don't know how she does it sometimes. When I think of having children, I can get very overwhelmed just at the thought, and she had five! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She is wonderful and I hope to be like her someday.
