I used to love celebrating Cinco De Mayo in elementary and junior high school! We always had fun games and food! Brings back the memories of the good old days of being a kid. Just care-free fun! Love it! I'm going to make Salsa Verde for dinner tonight for me and Jordan! It's festive AND healthy! Go us! :)
