I just got back from the best weekend! It was a total blast. Me, my mom and sister Elise drove down to California for a bridal shower that Ashley and Brit threw me and also for a bachelorette night with the girls! I absolutely loved it! At the shower I got to see so many people that I haven't seen in a while because I don't live there anymore. I missed them all so much! It was so good to see them. We had a blast playing games as well. One of the games was trying to make a wedding dress out of toilet paper--and I was the judge on who did the best! Audrey's team won! Also, my mom interviewed Jordan without me knowing ahead of time and then I had to guess what his answers were. Everytime I got it wrong, Brit gave me a piece of sour gum to chew! People love to torture me! haha. I ended up with a pretty big wad. It was hard to answer some of the questions lol. I am so grateful to all the hard work and time that Ashley and Brit put into the shower. It was a wonderful shower.
After that, we had a girls night out with the younger crowd and went to the Elephant Bar for dinner and virgin mararitas! mmm!! It was great to catch up with old friends!! I love them all so much!! Then we decided to go cosmic bowling. That was a blast as well. Becca had some flashing rings that we all put on that were way fun! Ashley also made some of us shirts....mine said "the bride", hers said "maid of honor" and my sister's said "bridesmaid." They rocked! At the end of the night, we decided to relax in the hot tub. It was a fabulous evening. I am so grateful to have such wonderful people in my life!
